Type and dimensions
Original attachment identifies a cutter-suction dredger, correcting the email description of backhoe suction dredger. Approximate LOA 26 m with ladder raised, length over pontoons 16 m, beam 6 m, depth 2 m, mean draft with full bunkers 0.90 m. Side pontoons are separately listed as 15 × 1.50 × 1.40 m. Source drawings and dimensional descriptions are not fully consistent; signed GA required.
Pump and cutter
Maximum dredging depth 15 m. Listed suction/discharge diameters 500/450 mm; model and nominal inch designations differ, so final pipe sizes need confirmation. Quoted mixture capacity 3,000 m³/h at 50 m head is a pump claim, not guaranteed solids production. Caterpillar C18 TA engine, installed power 522 kW; the brochure’s parenthetical 800 hp is inconsistent with that kW figure. Crown cutter 1.5 m diameter, five blades, 40 teeth, shaft power 110 kW and 0–30 rpm quoted.
Spuds, transport and commissioning
Two 18 m × 400 mm spuds; hoist force 100 kN and approximate 3.5 m stroke. Ladder/swing winches first-layer pull 57 kN, line speed 25 m/min, 16 mm wire, 100 m swing wires and two 150 kg anchors quoted. Demountable road/rail/sea transport: one 40 ft flat-rack and three 40 ft high-cube containers in brochure. Yard assembly, testing, crew training and proposed Estonian certification are source offers, not verified completed certification.
Instrumentation and readiness
Source lists SlurryMeter production measurement, Garmin positioning, 24 V electrical system, air conditioning, security/video monitoring and approximately 600 L hydraulics. February 2026 email states a new unit was ready at an Estonian yard; current stock, build/completion date, exact-unit photo attribution, commissioning and delivered scope require fresh confirmation.
