Additional costs and payment
Additional mobilization compliance fee, meals, bunks and other charter costs by quotation. Broad charterer-account costs and cost+20% backcharges require agreed scope in the CPA. Source payment: mobilization fee and 45 days upfront, remaining on 14 days; billing meaning to confirm.
